1. We're local, and we pick up
Our team is based in Lalitpur. If something breaks at 9 pm, you message us on WhatsApp and a real person replies, in Nepali if that's easier for you. No ticket numbers and no waiting on someone in a different time zone.
We also don't need the basics explained. eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, cash on delivery, .np domains, customers who find you on Facebook and confirm the order on WhatsApp. This is how business works here, and we build around it.
2. The price is the price
Our Starter plan is NPR 9,999. It includes a .com domain, one year of hosting, SSL and a business email. Business is NPR 24,999 and Premium is NPR 49,999. What's in each plan is written down before you pay anything.
If your project needs something extra, we'll tell you the cost before we start working on it.
3. Website, domain and hosting under one roof
A lot of people come to us with the domain bought from one company, hosting from another and a website made by a freelancer who stopped replying months ago. When something goes wrong, everybody points at somebody else.
With us it's one team. If your site goes down or your email stops working, you know exactly who to call.
4. Fast, and easy to find on Google
We use clean code, compressed images and quick hosting, because a slow website loses customers before they read a single word. Every site also gets the basic SEO groundwork done from the start: page titles, descriptions, sitemap and mobile layout.
We won't promise you the first spot on Google. Nobody honest can. What we can promise is a properly built site that gives you a fair chance of getting there.
5. Every business is different, so we ask questions first
We've built sites for a trekking agency, a study-abroad consultancy, a hospital in Pokhara, a real estate company, a furniture store and a cashmere brand selling to Norway. Each one needed something different.
So before we design anything, we ask about your customers, how they find you and what you want them to do when they land on your site. Then we build it. Some of our clients are in the middle of a booking rush, so we plan around that too.
7. We don't disappear after launch
You'll have a way to reach us once the site is live. We also train you, so that small changes like editing a price or adding a photo don't need a phone call to us.
Our hosting comes with free SSL, and we handle site migration for free if you're moving from another provider. Backups run daily.

Realistic Delivery Timelines: Starter sites usually take 1 to 2 days. Business sites take around 10 to 15 days. Online stores take 15 to 20 days, depending on how many products you have and how quickly you send us your content.

9. We're not the right fit for everyone
If you want a huge custom platform, something like a marketplace app with thousands of users, we'll tell you honestly that a bigger agency may suit you better.
Our basic hosting plan also has limited storage. If you'll be uploading lots of videos or large files, tell us at the start and we'll set you up with something that fits.
And if you're not sure what you need, ask. We'd rather tell you to spend less than sell you something you won't use.
